Ob-ello?

This article from last year about Obama as an Othello for our times and this certainly make for some interesting talking points.

"It was said that one might wander days and nights together through its intricate tangle of rifts and chasms, and never find the end of the cave; and that he might go down, and down, and still down, into the earth, and it was just the same - labyrinth underneath labyrinth, and no end to any of them. I'm fascinated with pop culture and often have these related half-baked ideas and connections floating around in my head. The culture-to-cave comparison seemed adequate, particularly while I was re-reading Tom Sawyer. I figure that I know as much about "pop culture" as the next person, so why not explore?
